Advertising Manager

The Advertising Manager is responsible to ensure the achievement of the brand’s sales target. He/She is responsible for ensuring advertising contracts are in line with approved rates. He/she sets monthly and annual sales targets per assigned brand to support the company’s plans and directions and suggests new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.

Marketing Communication Director

The Marketing Communications Director is in charge of leading the company’s marketing efforts. He/She will be responsible for providing guidance to the Marketing Department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for the company’s brands. He/She will also be working closely with the Business Development team to develop strategies that will help maximize profits and market share.

Fashion Assistant

The Fashion Assistant will be responsible in assisting fashion editor with the cover direction of the magazine: visuals and story ideas that are aligned to the brand’s market

Managing Editor

The Managing Editor is responsible for overseeing the editorial operations together with the Editor-in-Chief and help implement editorial strategies. He/ she will ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of the editorial content across all platforms.

Head of Publishing & Marketing

The Head of Publishing and Marketing includes developing and implementing publishing and marketing strategies, overseeing the publishing process, managing publishing and marketing teams, marketing and promoting published materials, managing external relationships, analyzing data and measuring results, and budget management. The Head of Publishing and Marketing is critical in achieving business goals and driving growth.

Graphics & Animation Artist

The Graphics and Animation Artist is responsible for creating high-quality graphics and animations for the various platforms of the brand. They work closely with the editorial team and video production teams to create engaging and visually compelling content for a variety of platforms, including television, online platforms, and streaming services.

Social Media Associate

The Social Media Associate is responsible for driving traffic to websites through Social Media Platforms. He/She is tasked to improve and maintain MMGI brands’ online presence and awareness through social media networks and works with the digital and marketing teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful media campaigns on social media platforms.

Copywriter

The Copywriter is responsible for providing copy for Advertising campaigns as well as content for the creative executions of various Marketing collaterals, such as, but not limited to: advertising copies, videos, posters, flyers, radio plugs, program scripts, press releases, creative and concept decks, and other related materials.

Digital Content Writer

The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for producing clear and compelling daily website content. He/she must be able to create digital content in multiple writing formats such as online articles, product descriptions, advertorials, online editorials, e-newsletters, email marketing, social media copy, etc. that are accurate, accessible, consistent, and up-to-date.

Multimedia Artist

The Multimedia Artist is primarily responsible for creating and executing all layouts, short form videos for the website as well as social media materials. He/she must create and follow the design template and employ proper usage of the brand fonts, colors, and design elements.

Advertising Sales Manager

The Advertising Sales Manager is responsible to ensure the achievement of the brand’s sales target. He/She is responsible ensuring advertising contracts are in line with approved rates. He/she sets monthly and annual sales targets per assigned brand to support the company’s plans and directions and suggests new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for selling advertising spaces, brand assets, and event sponsorships for assigned brands to achieve 100% of the sales quota. The Account Manager will also deepen client relationships in order to increase investment of clients and partners.

Ad & Promo Manager

The Ad & Promo Manager is responsible for leading the team in developing 360° marketing communication plans for increased awareness of all brands of the company and the company itself. He/she will be key in implementing plans designed by the team by ensuring the quality and timely execution of these.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is responsible for driving traffic to websites through Social Media Platforms. He/She is tasked to improve and maintain MMGI brands’ online presence and awareness through social media networks and works with the digital and marketing teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful media campaigns on social media platforms.

PR & Events Associate

The PR & Events Associate will be responsible for assisting the development and execution of successful PR campaigns and events. He/she will work closely with the Ad and Promo Manager to create campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Advertising Associate

The Advertising Associate is responsible for assisting the Head of Business Development and providing any support needed by Business Development. He/she will be managing and monitoring sales data and reporting them accurately. He/she will organize and prepare for meetings, gather documents, craft presentations, and attend to the logistics of the meetings. He/she will also be collecting ad materials in print in a timely manner and work closely with the Account Managers.

Social Media Editor

The Social Media Editor is responsible for managing the brand’s content across social media platforms – including FB, IG, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube. He/she will create, strategize, and distribute engaging content that supports the brand’s overall editorial and marketing goals.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products, content, and activities produced are promoted and marketed in order to stay top of mind with clients and our audiences. He/she supervises trade and visibility, advertising, events and promotions, and social media management.

Video Producer

The Video Producer manages the entire production process from pre to post production to create engaging content across multiple platforms and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. He/she is involved in ideating, scripting, casting, crew selection, final edits, and timely completion.

Video Editor

Video Editors handle the post-production phase and bring together raw footages and media to create videos as aligned with the brand’s voice and style. The Video Editors will select and organize footages, source additional media such as music, perform color grading and clean up audio, and collaborate with directors and producers.
