Subscription Associate
The Subscription Associate will be responsible for driving magazine sales through various online newsstands such as Lazada, Shopee, Vogue Shop, Nylon Shop, and Sari Sari Shopping. This role also includes growing the subscription base of all print magazines through individual and corporate subscriptions.
Store Merchandiser
The Store Merchandiser shall function as the daily representative of the company to its newsstands partners. His/Her responsibility is to make sure that the magazines are visible and available at all times. He/She is also responsible for hitting his/her sell through and manage returns.
Web Developer
Web developer is responsible for the development and maintenance of websites using content management system (CMS). They are responsible for the entire development process, which involves design conversion to code, testing and deployment.
Web Development Supervisor
The Web Development Supervisor is responsible for designing, building, and improve the company’s websites. He/She understands user experiences to build websites that are easy to understand, navigate, and use while adhering to design standards and specifications.
Sr. Payroll Associate
The Payroll Associate is accountable for generating timekeeping information from HRIS, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll, and issuing pay and pay-related information to employees.
Treasury Associate
The Treasury Associate ensures that the company’s funds are appropriately managed with the aim of providing adequate levels of working capital, ensuring that suitable and secure investments, financial instruments, etc. are utilized to the maximum benefit of the company, and deferring cash disbursements consistent with sound business practices.
Store Assistant
The Store Assistant assist the circulations team with the movement of products within the store. He/She is responsible for ensuring that products are properly stored, displayed, and made available for purchase. One of the primary duties of the Store Assistant is to ensure that the store is always well-stocked with products. This includes receiving and unpacking new stocks, sorting products, and restocking shelves. He/She also works to ensure that products are properly organized and labeled, making it easy for customers to find what they are looking for.

The Finance Auditor is responsible for conducting independent assessments of the company’s financial controls and procedures, identifying risks to financial reporting and compliance, making improvement recommendations, preparing and presenting audit reports, collaborating with the internal audit team and other departments, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality.

The Business Expansion Associate assists the Head of Corporate Planning in boosting the company’s growth and sales. He/She conducts market research, helps develop business strategies, builds client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities.

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Billing and Contracts Associate
The Billing & Contracts Associate undertakes a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues. He/she handles the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork.

The Social Media Editor is responsible for the content in all social media platforms. These contents may be but are not limited to: original stories or material in either visual or video forms, content from the magazine, news that is trending locally or globally, scoops or exclusive materials, and coverage from events.
Booking Associate
The Booking Associate shall perform administrative and office support activities for the assigned brand. He/she collaborates with internal and external clients to ensure that all the requirements for shoots and supplier/contributor payments are provided to the respective departments.
