The SEO Specialist manages all search engine optimization and marketing activities. He/she will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Online Newsstand Manager

The Online Newsstand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the digital operations of the online newsstand, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for the readers. The primary focus will be on optimizing the platform for user experience and driving growth through effective marketing strategies. He/she will need to maintain a diverse and up-to-date selection of publications, implement innovative features, and enhance the overall performance of the newsstand.

Events Creative Manager

The Events Creative Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of events. He/She works with a wide range of clients and ensures that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. This often includes managing all aspects of production—from venue selection to equipment rentals to staffing decisions. He/She may also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other service providers. These relationships can be critical in ensuring that the events are successful.

Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees all elements of producing an online or on-ground event from feasibility, briefing, Pre-production, production and post-production for all assigned projects.

Credit and Collections Associate

The Credit and Collections Associate acts as the liaison between creditors and customers to collect outstanding payments.

Subscription Associate

The Subscription Associate will be responsible for driving magazine sales through various online newsstands such as Lazada, Shopee, Vogue Shop, Nylon Shop, and Sari Sari Shopping. This role also includes growing the subscription base of all print magazines through individual and corporate subscriptions.

Fulfillment Assistant

The Fulfillment Assistant will be responsible for offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, locating merchandise, and packaging orders for shipment.

Store Merchandiser

The Store Merchandiser shall function as the daily representative of the company to its newsstands partners. His/Her responsibility is to make sure that the magazines are visible and available at all times. He/She is also responsible for hitting his/her sell through and manage returns.

Store Assistant

The Store Assistant assist the circulations team with the movement of products within the store. He/She is responsible for ensuring that products are properly stored, displayed, and made available for purchase. One of the primary duties of the Store Assistant is to ensure that the store is always well-stocked with products. This includes receiving and unpacking new stocks, sorting products, and restocking shelves. He/She also works to ensure that products are properly organized and labeled, making it easy for customers to find what they are looking for.

Must be passionate about the latest fashion trends and be able to bring creative ideas to life. Responsible for producing content for the fashion department, organizes shoots, and liaises with external teams. The Fashion Editor works closely with the Fashion Director.

Fashion Associate / Assistant

The Fashion Assistant is responsible for supporting the fashion team in their day-to-day operations. He/She work closely with the fashion writers, associate editor, and director internally as well as other fashion professionals externally.

Fashion Writer

The Fashion Writer develops and writes fashion stories and fashion features for the magazine. Must be passionate about the latest fashion trends and personalities and be able to bring creative ideas to life. Responsible for producing written content for the fashion department.

Social Media Associate

Social Media Associates (SMA) specialize in enhancing online presence and driving website traffic through various social media platforms. Their primary responsibility is to improve and maintain brand awareness across social networks. Collaborating closely with the marketing and project management team, SMAs translate overarching marketing goals into impactful social media campaigns. They design and execute a comprehensive Social Media Content calendar that aligns with the brand’s digital voice and content strategy. SMAs play a crucial role in increasing website traffic by strategically utilizing organic and paid posts across diverse social media networks. Additionally, they stay abreast of emerging social media tools and best practices, incorporating them into the company’s business, marketing, and public relation strategies.

Lastly, he/she is responsible in ensuring that plans are executed smoothly, efficiently and on time.
