The Taxation Associate ensures that the company can easily and accurately file its taxes. He/She handles everything from analyzing financial records and researching uncommon tax issues to completing forms on behalf of the company. By remaining familiar with tax rules and regulations, he/she keeps the company in compliance with national and local laws and helps prevent underpayment that can result in penalties. In addition, he/she saves the company money by identifying applicable deductions and providing general tax advice.

They work closely with other vendors who provide specific services such as catering, entertainment, etc. to ensure that all elements of the event come together in a cohesive way so that it meets the expectations of all involved parties.

Store Merchandiser

The Store Merchandiser shall function as the daily representative of the company to its newsstands partners. His/Her responsibility is to make sure that the magazines are visible and available at all times. He/She is also responsible for hitting his/her sell through and manage returns.

Fulfillment Assistant

The Fulfillment Assistant will be responsible for offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, locating merchandise, and packaging orders for shipment. He/She may also be required to operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks.

The Video Producer initiates, coordinates, supervises, and controls all aspects of video productions for Vogue Philippines. He/She ensures that the production is completed on time and within budget. He/She must also be able to identify commercial/marketable assets within the show and ensure that these are executed according to the agreement with the client and editorial teams.

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day progress of all the job orders for implementations, develops production schedules and prepares clear & concise status reports. Helps nurture the Client relationship and interacts with them to ensure that all requirements are met.
