MGGI BRANDS GQ Philippines
Redefining the Modern Filipino Gentleman
For over nine decades, GQ has shaped the global conversation on modern masculinity—celebrating creativity, individuality, and influence across style, culture, and success. That conversation now extends to the Philippines, where tradition and progress meet, and identity continues to evolve.

Under the leadership of Archie G. Carrasco, Publisher of GQ Philippines and CEO of AGC PHC, this new edition will spotlight Filipino talent and craftsmanship, presenting them to the world through the unmistakable GQ lens. “GQ Philippines will celebrate Filipino creativity and connect the modern Filipino gentleman to the global stage—redefining style, influence, and the power of Filipino identity worldwide,” Carrasco shares.
Backed by MEGA Global Group, Inc. (MGGI)—home to Vogue Philippines and Allure Philippines—GQ Philippines marks another milestone in the company’s mission to elevate the country’s creative voice on the global stage. The launch will integrate print, digital, and social-first storytelling, featuring original video, immersive visuals, and editorial excellence that embody both GQ’s legacy and the vibrant future of Filipino men’s media.
GQ Philippines is part of GQ’s distinguished international network, bringing the global authority on men’s style, culture, and lifestyle into conversation with Filipino perspectives. Through stories of purpose, influence, ambition, and individuality, the title explores what it means to be a modern Filipino man today.

GQ Philippines Has Arrived
The countdown to GQ Philippines’ digital debut began on September 11, 2026 at Cove Manila, with the title preparing to go live across its social media platforms and website. The countdown party introduced audiences to the brand’s Filipino perspective on men, style, culture, ambition, and influence, setting the tone for its entry into the local media landscape.
The occasion reflected GQ Philippines’ approach to modern masculinity: expansive, individual, and rooted in the realities and identities of Filipino men, while building anticipation for its official launch.

Ahead of its digital debut, GQ Philippines gathered creatives and cultural figures at The Cove Manila for a night celebrating men, style, and culture.
Bringing Filipino Men Into Focus
GQ Philippines officially entered the Philippine media landscape on September 12, 2026, with the unveiling of its maiden issue at MGBx Marriott Hotel. The launch introduced a new platform for stories on style, ambition, creativity, culture, and the many dimensions of modern Filipino masculinity. It also welcomed creatives, cultural figures, industry leaders, partners, and representatives from Condé Nast for the arrival of GQ’s latest edition in the Philippines.

“What we try to do at GQ Philippines is to find a different perspective on the lives of men, their realities, complexities, and experiences. We’re not here to tell men how to be better or become an instruction manual for masculinity, but to highlight remarkable men, their success, their realities, and who they already are.” – GQ Philippines Editor-in-Chief Danyl Geneciran.
