The Social Media Editor is responsible for the content in all social media platforms. These contents may be but are not limited to: original stories or material in either visual or video forms, content from the magazine, news that is trending locally or globally, scoops or exclusive materials, and coverage from events.

Writer

The Writer develops and writes fashion stories and fashion features for the magazine. Must be passionate about the latest fashion trends and personalities and be able to bring creative ideas to life. Responsible for producing written content for the fashion department. The Fashion Writer works closely with the Managing Editor.

Allure Advertising Manager

The Allure Advertising Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth within the Advertising Sales Department. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, supervising daily sales activities and engaging with major clients to strengthen relationships. The Advertising Manager is responsible for expanding the client database, managing client relationships, setting and achieving staff goals, and providing training and mentorship to the sales force. Additionally, the Advertising Manager leads sales events, optimizes departmental processes, anticipates and resolves sales challenges and ensures exceptional after-sales service.

Managing Editor

The Managing Editor partners with the Editor in Chief to establish editorial direction and maintain the brand’s overall look, voice and content. He/She should manage and oversee staff members’ activities and deliverables, as well as day-to-day operations to ensure quality and timely delivery of the magazine and posting in digital platforms.

Wellness Editor

The Wellness Editor develops and produces wellness content across print and digital platforms, covering timely trends, features, and service-driven stories aligned with the brand’s editorial voice. The role requires a strong understanding of the evolving wellness landscape, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to identify compelling angles that resonate with Allure’s audience. Responsible for writing and refining copy, the Wellness Writer ensures all content is accurate, engaging, and grounded in credible research and product efficacy.

Associate Beauty Editor

The Associate Beauty Editor supports the Beauty Editor in the creation, development, and execution of beauty content for print and digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of beauty trends, an eye for detail, and exceptional writing and organizational skills. The Associate Beauty Editor collaborates with various teams to assist in the production of beauty editorials, manage shoots, and ensure content meets brand standards while maintaining deadlines.

Allure Beauty Writer

The Allure Beauty Writer develops and writes beauty stories and features for the magazine and website. She/he must be passionate about the latest in beauty and must be able to bring creative ideas to life. Responsible for producing copy, she/he must ensure that content is well-researched, products have high efficacy and are beneficial to the brand’s audiences. The Beauty Writer works closely with the Managing Editor, Beauty Editor and Editor In Chief.

Digital Content Writer

The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for producing clear and compelling daily website content. He/She must be able to create digital content in multiple writing formats such as online articles, product descriptions, advertorials, online editorials, e-newsletters, email marketing, social media copy, etc. that are accurate, accessible, consistent, and up-to-date.

Copywriter

The Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling and brand-aligned copy for various advertising campaigns and marketing materials. This includes writing content for videos, posters, flyers, social media posts, press releases, product descriptions, and concept decks. Working closely with the creative and marketing teams, the Copywriter ensures that all messaging resonates with the beauty brand’s audience and reflects its voice and values.

Scriptwriter

The Scriptwriter is responsible for creating compelling, engaging scripts for various media platforms, including digital, and social media. He/she will be involved in understanding target audiences, collaborating with producers and directors, and ensuring that scripts align with the brand’s voice and messaging.

Shooter / Video Editor

The Video Editor and Shooter is responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports the organization’s editorial strategy across multiple media channels. This role covers end-to-end video production — from shooting and editing to publishing — ensuring content aligns with editorial standards, brand voice, and audience engagement goals.

Advertising Manager

The Advertising Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing advertising strategies across all platforms (print, digital, and events). This role ensures the effective planning, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns that align with the brand’s business goals and audience. Acting as a key liaison between clients, creative teams, and partners, the Advertising Manager drives revenue growth through innovative ad solutions, maintains strong client relationships, and ensures all campaigns meet quality, performance, and compliance standards. The role emphasizes strategic planning, campaign management, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize the impact and efficiency of all advertising initiatives.

The Account Manager is responsible for selling advertising spaces, brand assets, and event sponsorships for assigned brands to achieve 100% of the sales quota. The Account Manager will also deepen client relationships in order to increase investment of clients and partners.

This role oversees the day-to-day operations, manages staff activities, and ensures the timely, high-quality delivery of both magazine and digital content. Responsibilities include overseeing content creation, editing, maintaining budget adherence, and ensuring all published materials are accurate and aligned with brand values and style for a cohesive brand presence.

Features Editor

The Features Editor is the strategic editorial leader responsible for defining the content vision and executing the narrative strategy for men’s style, design, culture and entertainment. This key role involves creating, developing, and commissioning high-impact features and editorials that cater to a discerning male reader. The content will focus on elevated taste, covering everything from sophisticated fashion and personal style to premium cultural movements and refined entertainment news. The Editor will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) and the Digital Editor to manage the full story pipeline, ensuring a cohesive and compelling editorial lineup across all platforms.

Grooming Editor

The Grooming Editor will produce expert-driven content on men’s grooming, including skincare, haircare, shaving, and fragrance. In this role, you’ll write product reviews, trend pieces, how-to guides, and cultural commentary, providing the brand’s audience with insightful and practical advice. He/She will work closely with the editorial team to ensure grooming content aligns with the brand’s overall lifestyle and fashion coverage, while staying on top of industry trends and emerging products. Ideal candidates will have a passion for grooming, excellent writing skills, and experience in lifestyle or beauty journalism.

Social Media Editor

The Social Media Editor is the digital strategist responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across all social platforms. This pivotal role involves developing and executing data-driven content strategies focused on maximizing audience engagement and consistent growth. The Social Media Editor ensures all content maintains a unified brand voice and works collaboratively with the Editor-in-Chief, editorial, creative, and marketing teams to amplify key brand campaigns and initiatives.

The Grooming Writer will serve as the brand’s authoritative voice on all men’s grooming topics, including skincare, haircare, fragrance, and wellness. This role requires the production of high-quality, expert-driven content across multiple formats (print, digital, social), such as insightful product reviews, essential how-to guides, trend pieces, and commentaries. The Grooming Writer will consistently deliver practical, engaging advice to our audience. This role demands a proactive approach to monitoring industry trends and emerging products, ensuring grooming coverage is seamlessly integrated with the brand’s overall lifestyle and wellness editorial strategy.

Features Writer

The Features Writer is a versatile and compelling storyteller tasked with generating in-depth, short- and long-form editorial features across the brand’s core content pillars: men’s style, culture, and lifestyle. This role requires strong editorial instinct and a proactive approach, including regular pitching, in-depth research, and sharp writing. The Features Writer will collaborate closely with the Features Editor and Managing Editor to ensure all work aligns perfectly with the brand and editorial strategy.

Style Writer

The Style Writer develops and writes fashion stories and fashion features for the magazine. Must be passionate about the latest fashion trends and personalities and be able to bring creative ideas to life. Responsible for producing written content for the style department.

Culture Writer

The Culture Writer will cover a broad range of topics, from film, music, and television to broader cultural trends and societal movements. In this role, He/She will write engaging features, celebrity profiles, trend pieces, and critical analysis that resonate with the brand’s audience.

News Writer

The News Writer is responsible for producing timely, accurate, and engaging news content across digital platforms, covering culture, entertainment, style, and relevant current events aligned with the brand’s editorial voice. The role requires strong research and writing skills, sound editorial judgment, and the ability to quickly identify and develop stories that are relevant to GQ’s audience while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and tone consistency. The News Writer works closely with the editorial team to ensure all content is well-crafted, fact-checked, and published in a timely manner.

Multimedia Artist

The Multimedia Artist creates visually engaging social media content that reflects the brand’s editorial voice and aesthetic across digital platforms. The role is responsible for designing graphics, motion assets, and multimedia materials that support editorial, audience growth, and commercial initiatives, while staying current with social media trends and platform best practices. The Multimedia Artist works closely with the editorial and social teams to produce timely, high-quality content tailored for GQ Philippines’ audience.

Final Artist

The Final Artist is a key production specialist responsible for ensuring the technical quality and readiness of all content for publication. This role requires meticulous execution in three core areas: outputting digital proofs that precisely adhere to all editorial title specifications; pre-flighting and preparing client-supplied files for all advertising and marketing placements; and executing high-end digital imaging and retouching for images required across print, digital, and social platforms.

Producer

The Producer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of video content across all media channels, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X), website, and branded content such as paid partnerships and special projects. He/She will work closely with editorial and commercial teams, the Producer ensures all video content aligns with the brand’s standards, meets client briefs, and is delivered on time with high creative quality. Responsibilities include scripting, casting, production supervision, and editing, as well as leading on-ground production in the absence of a director. The Producer works under the guidance of the Editor-in-Chief to ensure the final product aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.

Copywriter

The Copywriter is the brand’s sharp, versatile voice, responsible for crafting compelling and concise copy across all formats. This includes long-form magazine content, promotional materials, digital articles, advertisements, and social media posts. The role is essential for ensuring that the brand’s unique voice is consistent, polished, and powerfully engaging across every platform and audience touchpoint.

Videographer / Video Editor

The Videographer and Video Editor is responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports the organization’s editorial strategy across multiple media channels. This role covers end-to-end video production — from shooting and editing to publishing — ensuring content aligns with editorial standards, brand voice, and audience engagement goals

Editorial Assistant

The Editorial Assistant is the vital support specialist responsible for managing the coordination of resources essential to the completion and production of the magazine and website. This role ensures the efficient flow of assets, information, and communication across all internal and external teams necessary to meet publishing deadlines.

Social Media Associate

The Social Media Associate is responsible for promoting our media brands’ content, products, campaigns, and events across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and X. This role ensures consistent and strategic presence on these platforms, optimized for both reach and engagement. Collaborating closely with the Editorial, Marketing, and Digital teams, this role ensures the execution of creative, timely, and data-driven social media campaigns while maximizing META platform features and tools to reach current and prospective audiences.
