Modern Media Group, Inc. (MMGI) was established in late 2022 by AGC Power Holdings Corp. as a forward-thinking media company designed to redefine storytelling for a new generation. Conceived at the intersection of cultural relevance, editorial excellence, and digital innovation, MMGI was built to serve as a dynamic platform that reflects the evolving media landscape while amplifying the Filipino voice on both local and global stages.

In 2020, Nylon Manila was first introduced under the broader portfolio of AGC Power Holdings Corp., quickly emerging as a leading voice for Filipino youth culture. By July 2023, the brand was formally integrated into MMGI, marking a key milestone in the company’s strategic expansion. This move reinforced MMGI’s commitment to championing individuality, identity, and emerging perspectives through a digital-first, culturally attuned approach.
Continuing its momentum, MMGI launched Billboard Philippines in October 2023, revitalizing a globally recognized music authority for the local market. Positioned as the definitive platform for Original Pilipino Music (OPM), Billboard Philippines combined authoritative chart data with compelling editorial and immersive storytelling, creating a renewed stage for Filipino musical talent.
In June 2024, MMGI reached a defining milestone with the signing of its licensing agreements for Rolling Stone Philippines and Robb Report Philippines, expanding its portfolio with two of the world’s most influential media brands and reinforcing its commitment to bringing globally recognized editorial excellence to Filipino audiences.

In December 2024, MMGI introduced Rolling Stone Philippines, bringing one of the world’s most influential music and culture brands to the local market. The addition of this globally recognized title expanded the company’s reach into music, politics, and popular culture, reinforcing its role as a curator of culturally resonant narratives that engage both local and international audiences.

Building on this momentum, MMGI expanded into the luxury segment with the introduction of Robb Report Philippines. Officially launched in early 2025 through an exclusive experience in Amanpulo, the brand established a new benchmark for luxury storytelling, bringing one of the world’s most respected luxury media brands to the country and catering to a highly discerning audience.






Building on its culture-driven portfolio, MMGI also welcomed TheGAME into its growing media ecosystem in 2026. Originally launched by One MEGA Group Inc. in August 2022 as its first sports media brand, TheGAME became part of MMGI to expand the group’s presence into sports and strengthen its position at the intersection of sports, music, style, culture, and entertainment. The integration reflects MMGI’s belief that these cultural spaces now exist within a shared conversation, broadening its approach to cross-platform storytelling and audience engagement.


With a sensibility shaped by digital culture and contemporary storytelling, Anne Bernisca serves as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of Modern Media Group Inc., a role she has held since May 2023. Her approach to modern media is grounded in experience that dates back to 2015, when she was the Head of Digital Media for One Mega Group Inc., helping shape its platforms into more integrated, audience-first ecosystems where content, culture, and community converge.
At MMGI, she brings a steady hand to a portfolio that moves across music, luxury, sports, and youth culture, steering brands such as Billboard Philippines, Rolling Stone Philippines, Robb Report Philippines, and TheGAME. Her work reflects a clear focus on building media that doesn’t just publish stories, but understands the cultural rhythms that shape how audiences connect, consume, and engage today.
