A Disruptive Media by Choice
Established in late 2022 by AGC Power Holdings Corp., Modern Media Group, Inc. (MMGI) was created to reimagine storytelling for a new generation—merging cultural depth, editorial excellence, and digital innovation into a dynamic, future-focused media platform.
In July 2023, Nylon Manila officially joined the MMGI roster. First launched under AGC’s broader portfolio in 2020, the brand had already established itself as the definitive voice of Filipino youth—championing individuality, fashion, and identity through a bold, digital-native lens. Its integration into MMGI signaled a strategic commitment to empowering new voices and shaping the cultural conversation.
October 2023 marked the launch of Billboard Philippines, a revived platform for Original Pilipino Music (OPM) that quickly became the definitive stage for local musical talent. With chart-topping data, compelling editorial, and immersive storytelling, it reintroduced a global icon through a uniquely Filipino perspective.
This momentum continued with the debut of Rolling Stone Philippines in December 2024, expanding MMGI’s editorial depth into music, politics, and popular culture. The launch reaffirmed the group’s commitment to creating culturally resonant media that speaks to both local and international audiences.
In June 2024, MMGI unveiled Robb Report Philippines, bringing the world’s foremost authority on luxury to the Filipino market. Its official launch in early 2025, celebrated with a bespoke experience in Amanpulo, set a new benchmark for luxury storytelling in the region.
Today, Modern Media Group, Inc. stands as a trailblazer in contemporary media—amplifying Filipino voices, shaping global conversations, and delivering premium content across every platform.
