Producer
The Producer initiates, coordinates, supervises, and controls all aspects of the production for the advertising projects of Mega Global Licensing Inc. He/She ensures that the production is completed on time and within budget. He/She must also be able to identify commercial/marketable assets and ensure that these are executed according to the agreement with the clients and editorial teams.
Copywriter
The Copywriter is responsible for providing copy for campaigns as well as content for the creative executions of various marketing collaterals, such as, but not limited to: advertising copies, videos, posters, flyers, radio plugs, program scripts, press releases, creative and concept decks, and other related materials.
Multimedia Artist
The Multimedia Artist is primarily responsible for creating and executing all layouts, edits short form videos for the website and social media channels. He/she must create and follow the design template and employ proper usage in accordance to brand guidelines.

Fashion Director
The Fashion Director is a central visionary responsible for defining and driving the brand’s fashion direction. This role creates, develops, and commissions high-impact fashion editorials and writes, edits compelling fashion narratives that resonate with the brand’s audience. The Director must possess a deep knowledge of fashion and a proven ability to bring original and innovative concepts to life, overseeing the entire content production process—from organizing photo shoots to managing external teams. The Fashion Director collaborates closely with the Editor-in-Chief to shape the brand’s overall voice.
Features Editor
The Features Editor is the strategic editorial leader responsible for defining the content vision and executing the narrative strategy for men’s style, design, culture and entertainment. This key role involves creating, developing, and commissioning high-impact features and editorials that cater to a discerning male reader. The content will focus on elevated taste, covering everything from sophisticated fashion and personal style to premium cultural movements and refined entertainment news. The Editor will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) and the Digital Editor to manage the full story pipeline, ensuring a cohesive and compelling editorial lineup across all platforms.
Art Director
The Art Director is a key creative leader who is responsible for the visual identity and aesthetic direction of the brand. This pivotal role involves overseeing all visual aspects of the brand (print and digital), including layout, typography, photography and video. The Art Director ensures the brand maintains a cohesive, visually compelling design that perfectly aligns with the editorial vision. They will be working closely with editors, photographers, videographers and creative staff, ensuring the brand’s visual assets consistently support advertising, circulations, marketing and promotional strategies.

Grooming Writer
The Grooming Writer will serve as the brand’s authoritative voice on all men’s grooming topics, including skincare, haircare, fragrance, and wellness. This role requires the production of high-quality, expert-driven content across multiple formats (print, digital, social), such as insightful product reviews, essential how-to guides, trend pieces, and commentaries. The Grooming Writer will consistently deliver practical, engaging advice to our audience. This role demands a proactive approach to monitoring industry trends and emerging products, ensuring grooming coverage is seamlessly integrated with the brand’s overall lifestyle and wellness editorial strategy.
Features Writer
The Features Writer is a versatile and compelling storyteller tasked with generating in-depth, short- and long-form editorial features across the brand’s core content pillars: men’s style, culture, and lifestyle. This role requires strong editorial instinct and a proactive approach, including regular pitching, in-depth research, and sharp writing. The Features Writer will collaborate closely with the Features Editor and Managing Editor to ensure all work aligns perfectly with the brand and editorial strategy.
Culture and Entertainment Writer
The Culture and Entertainment Writer is a sharp, versatile voice responsible for crafting engaging editorial content across a broad cultural landscape. This role involves covering everything from film, music, and television to larger cultural trends and societal movements. The Culture and Entertainment Writer will generate compelling features, celebrity profiles, trend pieces, and critical analysis designed to resonate deeply with the brand’s audience.
Multimedia Artist
The Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating visually compelling multimedia content across print and digital platforms, including graphics, motion graphics, videos, animations, and other creative assets. He/She supports editorial features, marketing, social media, and branded content, ensuring that all designs align with the brand’s identity and engage the target audience. Responsibilities include conceptualizing content treatments, directing style for models, interiors, products, and lighting, and creating design elements such as illustrations and backgrounds. The Multimedia Artist also handles digital imaging, layout adjustments, text corrections, and prepares files for final artwork, ensuring all work is original, meets production deadlines, and adheres to the brand’s design standards.
Final Artist
The Final Artist is a key production specialist responsible for ensuring the technical quality and readiness of all content for publication. This role requires meticulous execution in three core areas: outputting digital proofs that precisely adhere to all editorial title specifications; pre-flighting and preparing client-supplied files for all advertising and marketing placements; and executing high-end digital imaging and retouching for images required across print, digital, and social platforms.
Producer
The Producer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of video content across all media channels, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X), website, and branded content such as paid partnerships and special projects. He/She will work closely with editorial and commercial teams, the Producer ensures all video content aligns with the brand’s standards, meets client briefs, and is delivered on time with high creative quality. Responsibilities include scripting, casting, production supervision, and editing, as well as leading on-ground production in the absence of a director. The Producer works under the guidance of the Editor-in-Chief to ensure the final product aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.
Media Channels Editor
The Media Channels Editor is the strategist responsible for maximizing the reach and performance of the brand’s content across its entire ecosystem, including print, digital, social media, video, and podcasts. This role oversees the strategic distribution and optimization of all content, ensuring it’s expertly tailored to each unique platform while maintaining a cohesive brand voice. The Editor works collaboratively with editorial, marketing, and digital teams, using performance metrics to guide strategy and increase audience engagement and reach.
Copywriter
The Copywriter is the brand’s sharp, versatile voice, responsible for crafting compelling and concise copy across all formats. This includes long-form magazine content, promotional materials, digital articles, advertisements, and social media posts. The role is essential for ensuring that the brand’s unique voice is consistent, polished, and powerfully engaging across every platform and audience touchpoint.
Video Editor
The Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality video content that brings the brand’s stories to life across digital platforms, including website features, social media, promotional campaigns, and event coverage. The role involves editing video materials, conceptualizing content with editorial, marketing, and creative teams, and ensuring that videos align with brand identity and editorial direction. The Video Editor will produce visual elements such as thumbnails, motion graphics, captions, and lower thirds. The role requires strong video storytelling and post-production skills, a keen understanding of digital audience engagement, and the ability to deliver polished, on-brand content within deadlines.
