The Brand Manager maximizes brand performance, drives profitability and growth, and launches new products. He/she oversees all activities related to the brand, monitors consumers’ feedback, and escalates complaints to the appropriate departments.

The Brand Associate maximizes brand performance, drives profitability and growth, and launches new products. He/she oversees all activities related to the brand, monitors consumers’ feedback, and escalates complaints to the appropriate departments.
Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager is responsible for driving traffic to websites through Social Media Platforms. He/She is tasked to improve and maintain OMGI brands’ online presence and awareness through social media networks and works with the digital and marketing teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful media campaigns on social media platforms.
Social Media Associate
The Social Media Associate is responsible for driving traffic to websites through Social Media Platforms. He/She is tasked to improve and maintain OMGI brands’ online presence and awareness through social media networks and works with the digital and marketing teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful media campaigns on social media platforms.
Account Manager – Sales
The Account Manager is responsible for selling advertising spaces and events sponsorships for assigned brands for direct accounts and reaches 100% of the quota given. He/She also increases the investment of seed accounts given.
Ad & Promo Associate
The Ad & Promo Associate helps in planning and implementing the company’s marketing and advertising activities. He/She assists in achieving the company’s business goals through building strong and impactful marketing campaigns.
PR and Visibility Associate
The PR and Visibility Associate is responsible for supporting public relations and visibility efforts aimed at promoting the company’s publications, authors, and brand. This role involves assisting in media outreach, content creation, event coordination, and building relationships to increase the visibility of the company’s publications and related content.
Producer
The Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of video content for a media platform, ensuring it aligns with the channel’s creative vision, branding, and target audience. They develop and refine content ideas, oversee production schedules and budgets, and manage all stages of filming, editing, and post-production. The Producer collaborates with creative, technical, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination with directors, editors, talent, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
Multimedia Artist
The Multimedia Artist is primarily responsible for creating and executing all layouts, short form videos for the website as well as social media materials. This includes all sections, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, runway, video. He / She must create and follow the design template and employ proper usage of the brands fonts, colors, and design elements and conceptualize and provide treatments for editorial sections. This includes style direction for models, food, interiors/exteriors, products, makeup and grooming, photography, and lighting appropriate for the brand.
Video Editor
The Video Editor is responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s vision. He/She will work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring videos are engaging, polished, and optimized for various platforms.
Digital Content Writer – BluPrint
The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for producing clear and compelling daily website content. He/She must be able to create digital content in multiple writing formats such as online articles, product descriptions, advertorials, online editorials, e-newsletters, email marketing, social media copy, etc. that are accurate, accessible, consistent, and up-to-date.
Digital Content Writer – The Business Manual
The Digital Content Writer will be responsible for producing clear and compelling daily website content. He/She must be able to create digital content in multiple writing formats such as online articles, product descriptions, advertorials, online editorials, e-newsletters, email marketing, social media copy, etc. that are accurate, accessible, consistent, and up-to-date.
Fashion Writer
The Fashion Writer develops and writes fashion stories and fashion features for the magazine. Must be passionate about the latest fashion trends and personalities and be able to bring creative ideas to life. Responsible for producing written content for the fashion department. The Fashion Writer works closely with the Fashion Director.
