Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for leading and executing 360° marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for the company’s specific brands. This role oversees advertising & promotions, social media, and creative teams, ensuring seamless integration of marketing initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in fashion, media, and brand storytelling.

Account Manager – Sales

The Account Manager is responsible for selling advertising spaces and events sponsorships for assigned brands for direct accounts and reaches 100% of the quota given. He/She also increases the investment of seed accounts given.

Brand Manager

The Brand Manager maximizes brand performance, drives profitability and growth, and launches new products. He/she oversees all activities related to the brand, monitors consumers’ feedback, and escalates complaints to the appropriate departments.

Brand Management Trainee

The Brand Management Trainee plays a key role in supporting brand growth, performance, and profitability. He/She is involve in assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies, supporting product launches, monitoring consumer feedback, and coordinating with relevant departments to address concerns. This position offers hands-on experience in managing brand-related activities within a fast-paced media and publishing environment.

Ad & Promo Associate

The Ad & Promo Associate helps in planning and implementing the company’s marketing and advertising activities. He/She assists in achieving the company’s business goals through building strong and impactful marketing campaigns.

Social Media Associate

The Social Media Associate is responsible for driving traffic to websites through Social Media Platforms. He/She is tasked to improve and maintain OMGI brands’ online presence and awareness through social media networks and works with the digital and marketing teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful media campaigns on social media platforms.

Multimedia Artist

The Multimedia Artist is primarily responsible for creating and executing all layouts, short form videos for the website as well as social media materials. This includes all sections, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, runway, video. He / She must create and follow the design template and employ proper usage of the brands fonts, colors, and design elements and conceptualize and provide treatments for editorial sections. This includes style direction for models, food, interiors/exteriors, products, makeup and grooming, photography, and lighting appropriate for the brand.

Video Editor

The Video Editor is responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s vision. He/She will work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring videos are engaging, polished, and optimized for various platforms.

Producer

The Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of video content for a media platform, ensuring it aligns with the channel’s creative vision, branding, and target audience. They develop and refine content ideas, oversee production schedules and budgets, and manage all stages of filming, editing, and post-production. The Producer collaborates with creative, technical, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination with directors, editors, talent, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.

Creative Production Associate

The Creative Production Associate is responsible for implementing the contents of the contract closed by the Account Manager. He/She works closely with the account managers and makes sure that the elements of the contracts are followed while assuring customer satisfaction and efficiently on the part of the company and the departments involved in the projects. He/she may propose ways and means on manners of executing the contract to make sure that executions are quality, efficient and cost effective for the company. He/she makes sure that the contract through the contents is delivered to clients and will meet or surpass the expectations of the customers.

Editorial Assistant

The Editorial Assistant is primarily responsible for the coordination of resources necessary for the completion of the magazine.
