VMAN Southeast Asia Launches Killer Fashion Issue

VMAN SEA gathered the region’s most stylish men and powerhouse creatives to celebrate the magazine’s inaugural Killer Fashion Issue.

The vanguard of men’s fashion made a bold entrance into the SEA region with the release of its first printing, The Killer Fashion Issue. The launch party at VSpot – One Raffles Place, Singapore – gathered together some of the most stylish and influential men of the region.

VMAN SEA is the first international venture of  One MEGA Group Inc. (OMGI). OMGI COO and VMAN SEA Publisher Ramon Galicia expressed his pride: “For five exhilarating months, the team poured their heart and soul into making this launch [issue] a reality. This milestone marks the first foreign edition of VMAN, OMGI’s first international title, and Southeast Asia’s first regional men’s publication.”

Galicia further expounded, “Every issue highlights a curated list of personalities called “VMEN”, each representing a dynamic collective of multifaceted talents poised to redefine the cultural landscape. They bring together the world of fashion, music, film, and visual arts.”

The maiden issue launched with a three-part cover featuring three prominent figures from Southeast Asia: Filipino actor and singer Kyle Echarri, Indonesian pop and R&B icon Afgan, and Thai actor, model, and entrepreneur Pachara “Peach” Chirathivat. The issue also highlighted VMEN Brent Manalo and Duong Minh Dang apart from in-depth features on Southeast Asian fashion, music, and culture.

At the helm of the magazine is Chief of Editorial Content Patrick Ty, who reflected, “The inaugural issue was a love letter to the world from us. For too long, the global narrative of Asian masculinity and style has been filtered through an outside perspective. But VMAN Southeast Asia is changing that narrative. We’re not just part of the conversation. We’re leading it. We created the issue because it’s our time to tell our story, from our perspective, in our voice, and through our lens.”

Celebrating the multifaceted identity of today’s Southeast Asian man, the launch of VMAN SEA sent  a clear message: it’s time for the world to see Southeast Asian men through an authentic, stylish, and groundbreaking lens. Welcome to the world of VMAN Southeast Asia.
