Events Director

The Events Director is responsible for the overall vision, planning, and execution of events. This role requires strong leadership, creative vision, and strategic planning skills to oversee the creative team and production team, ensuring that all events are innovative, engaging, and aligned with the event/client branding and objectives.

Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of events, ensuring coordination between the Production Manager and Production Associate. This role requires strategic oversight, effective communication, and thorough project management to ensure events meet client expectations and company standards from pre-during and post event implementation. This position requires event attendance and participation as a client servicing/stage manager/floor director for smooth implementation of event requirement.

Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the detailed production aspects of events, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the project goals set by the Project Manager. This position requires event attendance and participation under production for smooth implementation of event requirement.

Production Associate – Events

The Production Associate provides logistical support and handles the legwork necessary for event production. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Production Manager, this role is essential for ensuring that all operational aspects of events are efficiently manage from pre-during and post event implementation. This position requires event attendance and participation under production for smooth implementation of event requirement.
