The Philippine Junior Marketing Association (PJMA) recently hosted its flagship convention, MADWORLD 2025: Beyond Style and Glamour, at Filoil EcoOil Centre on April 5. The discussions highlighted key topics in fashion, business, and marketing, examining how holistic strategies and emerging trends are influencing the future of marketing.

PJMA’s MADWORLD 2025: Beyond Style and Glamour
The PJMA collaborated with AGC PHC as its premier partner for the event, which featured speakers from the AGC PHC ecosystem, beginning with Janine Recto, the new Vice President for Asia Media Brands of One MEGA Group Inc. (OMGI), who talked about brand aesthetics and the art of impactful, strategic campaigns. Ramon Galicia, wearing his VMAN Southeast Asia Publisher hat, discussed fashion marketing strategies and coping with today’s fast-changing trends. Jann Pascua, Art Director of Vogue Philippines spoke on color as a tool for branding, emotion, and marketing impact. RJ Ledesma, Editor-in-Chief of The Business Manual, facilitated a panel discussion on inclusivity in the fashion and business industry and was joined on stage by Vogue Philippines’ Fashion Director Pam Quiñones and AGC PHC CEO Archie G. Carrasco who also wore his other hat as Vogue Philippines’ Publisher.

Together with these distinguished speakers, NYLON Manila podcasters Nica Glorioso and Bianca Lao, hosts of the brand’s VOICES Podcast, were also invited to the day’s special segment on individuality. They shared their insights on the importance of embracing one’s identity through self-expression during PJMA’s special segment, Be You-nique.

NYLON Manila also set up its vibrant Career Fair booth beside AGC PHC’s Human Resources Booth, inviting young attendees to explore internships, discover new career opportunities, and network with industry creatives. Students were also given complimentary issues from the media brands of AGC PHC.

The talks ended on a high note with an electrifying performance by P-pop girl group KAIA, specially arranged by Billboard Philippines. Their dynamic stage presence and powerful vocals added a vibrant energy to the event, leaving the audience thrilled and energized.
