“As a creative myself, I focus on championing Filipino creatives and talents first. As a leader, my goal is to bring fresh imagery and a renewed creative perspective to MEGA,” says Plamenco. “I’m looking forward to collaborating and creating with Filipino creatives, and contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the brand.”
His vision aligns with MEGA’s continued focus on creative excellence and commitment to Filipino talent. His distinct point of view, coupled with his ability to balance artistic vision with commercial sensibility, will further enrich and elevate MEGA’s visual language while opening new creative possibilities for the brand.”
At MEGA, Plamenco will conceptualize and direct major shoots, develop visual treatments for editorial stories, and collaborate with the editorial team to shape the brand’s visual output. He will also oversee its creative teams and uphold visual standards across platforms.
Before joining MEGA, Plamenco led creative concepts, art direction, and production for a range of clients. He managed projects from concept development through execution, collaborating closely with clients, talents, and production teams in fast-paced creative environments.
