Delish Philippines Officially Launches, Celebrating Filipino Food Stories for the World

Delish Philippines officially launched on April 14, 2026, during an intimate industry gathering at Casa Buenas. Chefs, restaurateurs, creators, and culinary leaders came together in a shared moment marking the arrival of a food lifestyle brand rooted in how Filipinos live, eat, and connect through food.

The launch represents a partnership between AGC Power Holdings Corp. (AGC PHC), One Mega Group Inc. (OMGI), and Hearst Magazines International, bringing the globally recognized Delish brand to the Philippines. Anchored by the vision “Filipino Taste, Shared With the World,” the brand aims to elevate local culinary stories while connecting them to a global audience.
Welcoming the Industry
The afternoon featured a curated welcome experience where guests were served locally inspired refreshments and were greeted with a visual installation of Filipino produce and ingredients, setting the tone for the program. Members of the pioneering team of Delish Philippines were also present to personally welcome guests, reflecting the collaborative spirit behind the platform’s launch.

Janine Recto, OMGI Vice President for Asia Media Brands, emphasized the platform’s collaborative vision and its grounding in Filipino storytelling.

“Delish Philippines was never meant to exist in isolation. It was meant to be built with chefs, creators, and industry leaders who shape the food culture we aspire to celebrate. At OMGI, we’ve always believed in the power of storytelling, whether it’s through fashion, lifestyle, design, and even culture. We believe this is the right moment to bring greater focus to food—it reflects our history, our regions, our creativity, and our resilience. Filipino food connects generations, travels across borders, and serves as one of the most intimate and enduring expressions of our identity,” she said.
Introducing Delish Philippines
The launch marked the official toast introducing Delish Philippines to the industry, alongside the presentation of its editorial direction as a digital-first platform dedicated to recipes, culinary discovery, and stories that capture the diversity of Filipino food culture.

Angelo Comsti, Chief of Editorial Content of the brand, underscored the platform’s intent to serve both local and global audiences through accessible and meaningful food storytelling: “Delish.ph will be a reliable source for recipes, and we have a lot of them,” he said, noting its wide range of Filipino and international dishes.

He also emphasized the platform’s broader mission to share Filipino food culture beyond the Philippines: “We’re hoping we can reach the farthest corners of the world in informing, educating, and entertaining them about Filipino produce, ingredients, and of course, talents.”

Alongside its website, Delish Philippines will also expand through social media and feature editorial projects that continue to highlight the richness of Filipino ingredients, culinary traditions, and emerging voices in the food industry.
