(AGC PHC) gathered its teams and subsidiaries for a festive and spirited year-end celebration themed ‘Dancing Together: The Grand Christmas Showdown.’ Held at the Rigodon Ballroom of The Peninsula Manila, the party united the entire AGC PHC and its media and marketing subsidiaries for an evening that honored collaboration, creativity, and the company’s shared achievements over the past year.

Reflecting on the meaning behind the celebration, AGC PHC Chairman and CEO Archie G. Carrasco shared his thoughts on the company’s culture of teamwork and resilience: “Dance is movement, rhythm, and harmony. But more than that, it is a reminder that nothing great is achieved alone. When people move together—one team, one purpose—something powerful happens. That is exactly what defines our year.”

This year’s theme highlighted teamwork through movement and music, with each subsidiary assigned a dance genre—selected through a fun draw of lots—to inspire both their performance and attire for the night.
A Night of Dance, Energy, and Company Spirit
The main highlight of the evening was the Grand Christmas Showdown, where each subsidiary delivered high-energy performances that energized the entire audience. Teams enthusiastically supported their respective groups, filling the ballroom with excitement, camaraderie, and company pride.
One Mega Group Inc. (OMGI) embraced K-Pop, channeling the energy and star power that define its industry-leading brands. Their powerful and synchronized performance made them the champion, bringing a ₱150,000 cash prize.



AGC PHC showcased their dynamic spirit through Hip-Hop, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation, agility, and bold leadership. Their high-energy, street-style performance secured them 1st Runner-Up, earning a ₱100,000 cash prize.



Mega Global Licensing Inc. (MGLI) brought elegance and precision to the floor with their Ballet-inspired performance, mirroring the grace and discipline behind the titles they represent. Their captivating routine secured them 2nd Runner-Up, along with a ₱75,000 cash prize.



Marketing Subsidiaries Group (MSG) delivered flair and sophistication through Jazz, symbolizing their creativity, rhythm, and strategic harmony. Their vibrant jazz routine won them 3rd Runner-Up and a ₱50,000 cash prize.



Modern Media Group Inc. (MMGI) took on Folk Dance, celebrating creativity rooted in culture—an homage to the group’s embrace of Filipino storytelling and heritage. Their showcase of Filipino folk dances earned them 4th Runner-Up and a ₱50,000 cash prize.



Raffle Prizes and Filipino Party Games
The celebration also featured pre-drawn raffle winners and classic Filipino party games, including Paper Dance and Trip to Jerusalem, where participants won prizes, adding playful energy and camaraderie to the evening.


To complement the program, AGC PHC collaborated with trusted partners who provided dedicated booths throughout the event. William Grant & Sons, The Black Box, and The Memory Machine delivered curated experiences that enhanced the atmosphere and elevated the overall celebration.
