Peejo Pilar brings nearly two decades of media, production, and editorial leadership to GQ Philippines, where he serves as Managing Editor. Steering the backbone of the publication, Peejo manages daily editorial operations, directs production workflows, and aligns writers, editors, and creative teams to bring every issue and campaign to life.
His career spans roles as an Editor-in-Chief of a health and fitness magazine, as well as a Group Multimedia Director at a creative agency. Grounded in a rich background as an executive producer, scriptwriter, and creative director across print, television, and digital platforms, he ensures seamless execution while keeping the publication’s storytelling sharp, elevated, and distinct. He once even played a comic book publisher with an eyepatch for an indie flick.
